To celebrate summer, The Residence Maldives and The Residence Mauritius have just announced a variety of exciting gastronomic experiences for guests to enjoy.

 

The Residence Maldives, is on the southern island of Falhumaafushi in the Gaafu Alifu atoll, part of one of the largest and deepest atolls in The Maldives. The beautiful island provides the perfect location for private dining experiences and romantic beach dinners with only the sound of waves softly serenading guests.

 

Embrace the local Maldivian culture and learn how to cook traditional dishes with Executive Chef Amour and his talented team at the Falhumaa restaurant. Guests will learn to cook Asian delicacies and European cuisine. Following the cooking class, guests will be able to enjoy their culinary creations over lunch with a glass of wine.

 

The Residence Mauritius is situated on the east coast of Mauritius along a mile-long beach of immaculate white sand, fringed by the azure Indian Ocean and tropical gardens.

 

The Residence Mauritius, offers guests an exotic cooking journey with Charlène the local chef who spent her childhood living in the coastal village of Trou D’Eau Douce and Belle Mare. With her passion and flair for cooking, she opened her own restaurant on the Bella Mare Public Beach and became known for her popular and tasty local dishes.
