Dorchester Collection隆重宣布成立旗下品牌学院

 

        Dorchester Collection(多切斯特精选酒店集团)宣布于2018年初成立品牌创立以来首家Dorchester Collection Academy,并委任Beth Aarons为全球总监。

 

        Dorchester Collection Academy旨在与个人客户和商业品牌分享作为全球奢华风尚标的丰富经验,学院将透过互动性的项目传授卓越服务的精髓。

 

        Beth Aarons在接任学院全球总监前,她曾在Dorchester Collection旗下的英国酒店担任过两年的区域人事总监。她拥有超过25年的人事、人才培训及执行经验,曾于多家五星级酒店及休闲生活品牌工作。对于此委任,Beth表示:“我很高兴能参与Dorchester Collection的新项目,并传授集团独有的经验,协助知名品牌在奢侈品市场建立及发挥潜能。”

Dorchester Collection announces plans to launch its first ever Dorchester Collection Academy at the beginning of 2018, overseen by newly appointed Beth Aarons as global director.

 

Dorchester Collection Academy will work with both individuals and brands, using the iconic hotel group’s renowned insight and expertise as a global leader in the ultra-luxury market. Through engaging programmes for a single client or group, the academy will focus on training its attendees to understand the essence of delivering the ultimate service experience to their customers.

 

After two years as area director of human resources for Dorchester Collection’s UK properties, Beth Aarons has been appointed to this new role. She brings with her over 25 years in training, operational and HR experience, having worked across a number of five star hotels and leisure companies. On the appointment, Beth expressed: “I am thrilled to be part of Dorchester Collection’s new enterprise, delivering the group’s renowned expertise and helping respected professionals and brands to develop their potential within the luxury market.”
