徐明初先生的酒店职业生涯始于瑞士，曾先后在瑞士和迪拜等地工作。回国以后，徐明初先生在喜达屋酒店集团和雅高集团任职，积累了丰富的酒店管理经验。2010年加入洲际集团后，徐明初先生负责管理杭州钱江新城假日酒店，并带领酒店取得了傲人的成绩。

Holiday Inn Hangzhou Xiaoshan has announced the appointment of Mr. Jason Xu to be the General Manager with immediate effect.

Mr. Jason Xu has started his career in Switzerland, and had many years hotel work experience abroad. After came back to China, he commenced his journey with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels. He joined IHG from 2010, later as Hotel Manager of Holiday Inn Hangzhou CBD, led the team had outstanding achievements.
