「凯旋」自助晚餐点亮您的夏夜



This summer, bring your family and friends to the Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, to relish Cachet’s Dinner buffet offerings.


Executive Chef Tom Tang and his culinary brigade handpicked the quality ingredients to present dinner buffet patrons with versatile buffet choices.


On top of the healthy salad bar, guests can tuck into the rich variety of fruits de mer at the Seafood Station, featuring Fresh Live Oysters, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Boston Lobsters, Canada Lobsters, Baby Lobsters, Mussels, Conchs, Scallops, Prawns and more.


At the Japanese Station, guests are treated to the nicest of salmon, tuna, octopus, mackerel, red snapper and more. The chefs will hand cut and prepare your favourite sashimi for you.


What’s more, one should not miss the Iberico Jamon of Spain. If you are a cheese love, you are recommended to savour Spanish Manchego Cheese and French Brie Cheese.


At the live cooking station, Cachet offers you fresh-from-the-oven Pan-fried Chicken Breast, Roasted Fishes, Pleoticus muelleri, New Zealand Lamb Cutlets, Australian Beef Tenderloin and more. Don’t miss out on the Roasted Suckling Pig, Baked Oysters, Roasted Foie Gras. The Indian Station and Noodle Station are worthwhile to visit too.


No meal is complete without desserts. Highlights include The Langham Tiramisu, Marble Cheese Cake, Macarons, handmade chocolates, Italian gelato and more.


Cachet dinner buffet is available nightly from 6pm to 9:30pm. Prices are RMB378* Sundays to Thursdays, RMB418* Fridays, Saturdays. Children of 6 to 11 years old are charged half-price whilst children at 5 years old or below do not need to pay. Free-flow local beer, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea are provided during the buffet period. Live piano music from 7pm to 11pm daily (except Mondays).

自助晚餐的日本美食站,为您提供新鲜鱼生,其中有三文鱼、金枪鱼、八爪鱼、青花鱼、红鲷鱼等,酒店师傅更巧手现场为您制作各类可口寿司。


另外,酒店更为您特意呈献西班牙著名伊比利亚野猪火腿,西班牙曼切格奶酪和法式布里奶酪,让您体验浓烈的异国风情。


在现场烹饪区,更有新鲜出炉的煎嫩鸡胸、烤鱼、进口阿根廷红虾、进口新西兰羊排、进口澳洲牛柳等。不能错过的还有香烤乳猪、焗生蚝和烤鹅肝等等。要是您的胃口还行的话,也请不要忽略了酒店的印度美食站和即煮面条站。最后,酒店诱人的朗廷甜品系列足以震撼您的味蕾,如朗廷特制提拉米苏、芝士蛋糕、各式马卡龙、手工巧克力;意大利手工冰淇淋更是让您暑气尽消。


「凯旋」餐厅全新自助晚餐每晚6点至930分供应。周日至周四成人每位收费为人民币378*,周五和周六每位人民币418*,六岁至十一岁儿童半价,五岁或以下免费。本地啤酒、软饮料、果汁、咖啡和茶畅饮。此外,你还可以沉醉在悠扬的现场钢琴表演中,体验朗廷独有的英式浪漫。(钢琴表演每晚7点至11点,周一除外)
