禾家中餐厅

禾家中餐厅，意为农作物之家，谐音和美之家，是北京诺金酒店的重要标志之一。餐厅装饰设计灵感来自明代著名画家、书法家、美食家徐渭，当代艺术家汤柏华汲取徐渭大写意和泼墨的画风进行创作，并在画作中添加了食材等细节，与徐渭有关美食等题材的作品遥相呼应。

餐厅由来自香港的谭炎灿领军，曾在中央电视台厨王争霸赛中获得优胜，并带领40余位知名厨师，融合明文化元素，烹制地道传统的粤菜及30余种港式点心，以最原始形态呈现经典佳肴。为了保证食品质量，诺金团队深入北京周边地区考察，选取顺义、昌平、延庆等地的多家优质绿色生态蔬菜基地和养殖场，成立了“诺金健康农场”——同时拥有养殖基地、屠宰基地、蔬菜种植基地、果品种植基地和若干家合作机构，并严格把关食品原材料的采摘、运输、收货等各个环节，选取优质的货源，采用最新鲜的原材料，为客人提供天然绿色的用餐选择。十间奢华优雅包间，为商务宴请、朋友小酌或家庭聚会等活动带来理想空间。
