餐饮部总监 新任命—— 滕海虹先生
Mr. Raymond Teng has been recently appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Shanghai, and will ensure the creation of unique and excellent dining experiences for all of our valued guests.
Raymond commenced his career with Grand Hyatt Shanghai early in 1999 as Assistant Manager of ON56, and was soon promoted to Outlet Manager, in charge of Café and room service. He then left Hyatt for his own career development, before returning to us as Outlet Manager at Canton and then moving to Event Service for a new assignment in 2003. He was transferred to Hyatt on the Bund as a member of the pre-opening team in 2007, and held the position of Assistant Director of F&B. His abundant working experience with Hyatt made Raymond ideal for his role as Director of F&B at Grand Hyatt Macau in August 2015. Raymond has also worked with various international brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons and Hilton, in addition to his professional experience with Hyatt.
With his strong management skills and abundant experience in F&B, the hotel believe that he will show his expertise in many areas, such as the outlets’ daily operation and customer experience improvement. He will lead the F&B team to drive preference for the Grand brand in the city.

滕海虹先生拥有丰富的餐饮管理经验,曾服务于万豪、四季及希尔顿国际知名酒店品牌。其于1999年加入了上海金茂君悦大酒店,在经过多年发展后,于2007年转入上海外滩茂悦大酒店成为开业团队成员之一并担任餐饮部副总监。凭借他在凯悦的丰富经验使他于2015年被甄选为澳门君悦酒店餐饮部总监。此次滕海虹先生重回上海金茂君悦大酒店将带来新的活力和思维,巩固和加强酒店在市场的领导地位。
