 多宝鱼,名字讨喜,肉质无可挑剔,早已成为中国餐桌上广受喜爱的重要食材。但是有谁知道这种名字祥瑞的鱼类的祖先却生于大西洋的东北部,其实欧洲人食用多宝鱼的历史,比我们早千百年。

多宝音译于它英文名Turbot,但是英国人并不是第一个给它命名的人,Turbot也是来源于法文Tourbout,说到底法国厨师才是料理多宝鱼的鼻祖啊~

每年的5-8月是它们发育成熟的季节,这时鱼肉更加肥美、鲜嫩多汁,蕴含于皮下鱼鳍软骨中的丰富胶质,是古时欧洲贵妇的美容上品。

 The Turbot is one of the most popular fish in Chinese cuisine. Famed for its delicious, fresh and tender taste, and its auspicious name.

Few people know that the Chinese name ‘duobao’, loosely interpreted as ‘treasure’, is a phonetic translation from the English word Turbot.

 

But it’s not the British who had the honor of naming this exquisite fish. It derives from the French ‘Tourbout’ which in its turn is based on the Latin word ‘Turbo’, a potential reference to its unique shape. One thing is certain, and that is the long and well documented history of this delicacy in Europe, especially in France.

 葡式传统蔬菜汤是葡萄牙餐桌上的一道名菜。是葡萄牙足球名将C罗最喜欢菜品之一。汤由土豆、洋葱、橄榄油、熏肉肠和-----烹饪而成。在众多葡式汤品中,蔬菜汤是最流行,也是最具葡萄牙特色的。在主菜之前,喝一口浓浓的蔬菜汤,清香的蔬菜配上诱人的香肠,一定让您胃口大开。

用葡萄牙最传统的做法精心烹制,以最大的程度保留着各种海鲜的原始味道,口味鲜甜,配料丰富。最基本的味道是以龙虾头熬制的有独特味道的浓汤,在香米金黄软糯的外表下,混合着Q弹鱿鱼和鲜嫩甜美的文蛤,开挖发现大块的鲷鱼肉和整粒的大虾仁隐藏其中,这寻宝一般的过程,让这道饭变得趣味盎然,当波士顿龙虾遇上硬货海鲜饭,创意无极限,惊喜不断。
