近日，张永宏先生被任命为南京世茂滨江希尔顿酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店管理及日常运营工作。

张永宏先生拥有超过26年的酒店运营管理经验，曾先后在深圳、厦门、西安、漳州、哈尔滨、牡丹江等地负责酒店管理工作，并取得了骄人的成绩。多年丰富的酒店管理经验，赋予了张永宏先生非凡的领导力、洞察力，以及对酒店行业独到的见解。在此履新之前，他任职厦门海沧融信华邑酒店及漳州融信皇冠假日酒店的总经理。

张永宏先生在管理宾客满意度有丰富的成功经验，在任职期间酒店宾客满意度及线上好评率均有大幅提升，他曾在不同的任期内分别负责过黑龙江及辽宁地区以及福建地区IHG酒店的宾客满意度。同时，他对生意驱动和利润管控的成功经历得到管理集团和业主方的一致认可，尤其在Covid-19疫情特殊时期。

此次，张永宏先生全面负责南京世茂滨江希尔顿酒店的运营，将以其丰富的酒店管理经验、敏锐的市场洞察力、卓越的领导才能和创新思维，带领酒店团队再创佳绩，为客人提供与众不同的卓越体验，让每位宾客每次入住都倍感满意。

Recently, Mr. Henry Zhang is announced as General Manager of Hilton Nanjing Riverside effective from 21st September, 2020. In his new role, he will fully in charge of hotel management and daily operations.

Mr. Henry Zhang's hospitality career spans over 26 years with assignments as a management role in Shenzhen, Xiamen, Xi’an, Zhangzhou, Harbin, Mudanjiang etc. and achieved impressive achievements in his work. His solid diversified experience has endowed himself prominent leadership skills, insight and unique views of hospitality industry. Prior this new role, he was the Complex General Manager of Hualuxe Xiamen Haicang & Crowne Plaza Zhangzhou.

Mr. Henry Zhang has unique ideas on Guest Satisfaction management, during his tenures, every hotel's guest satisfaction index and online rating have been improved significantly. He was appointed as guest experience champions for IHG hotels in Heilongjiang & Liaoning cluster and Fujian cluster respectively.  What’s more, his success on business driving and GOP management were confirmed by Management and Owner companies, especially during Covid-19 period.
