深圳中洲万豪酒店正式任命李咏庄女士担任深圳中洲万豪酒店房务总监一职,全面负责酒店前厅部和客房部的运营及管理工作。
李咏庄女士先后毕业于美国普渡大学及亚利桑那州立大学,并于2005年起为万豪国际集团旗下酒店服务至今。十六年间,李女士辗转万豪国际集团旗下不同品牌、城市与职务,积累了丰富的国际酒店管理经验。由最初在香港JW 万豪酒店入职前台接待,至2012年在香港天际万豪酒店成为能够独当一面的前厅部副经理;再到2015年调转至金茂深圳JW万豪酒店并履新前厅部经理担任管理工作。在此期间,李女士为全面负责管理前厅部打下夯实基础,带领团队在宾客满意度指数上斩获斐然功绩。2017年,李女士作为资深管理者,受任长沙中建万怡酒店房务总监一职,参与并协助酒店总经理完成酒店房务部的筹开事宜,并在2018年被万豪国际提名“精选品牌年度最佳营运经理”。 2020年8月至上任前,李女士还兼任代理总经理一职,负责酒店整体营运及管理工作。此外,李女士于2015年至2019年间,积极参与了包括深圳中洲万豪酒店在内的四家酒店开业支援和品牌重塑的工作,为多个酒店的成长与发展贡献了不可忽略的力量。

Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan was pleased to announce Ms. Grace Lee has been appointed as Director of Rooms, effective 1 December, 2021.
With more than 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Grace’s most recent position began in 2017 when she was named Director of Rooms for Courtyard by Marriott Changsha South which is the 1st Courtyard by Marriott brand hotel in Hunan Province. Following a 2-year managerial role in Front Office Operations when began in 2015 for JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen, where Grace gained tremendous guest compliments and satisfaction index reached new heights. Prior to this appointment, Grace spent 9 years with Marriott International starting from 2005, serving various Front Office positions from Front Desk Agent to Assistant Front Office Manager in JW Marriott Hotel Kong Kong and Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel. At the year of 2018, Grace won recognition and nomination from Marriott International Accolade in terms of Operations of the Year amongst other Selected Brand hotels in Greater China. Speaking of the appointment, Mr. Adam Cheng, General Manager to Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan, said: “Grace accumulated invaluable experience thru extensive and solid academic and professional experience working on diverse brands’ hotel operations and new hotel projects. In her new capacity, Grace will lead the team at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan to strive inspiring and flawless services delivery, innovative service standards implementation and improve guest stay experience rapidly to the next level”.
As a veteran hotelier, Grace believes in motivating and taking good care of associates which will be resulted in numerous return on extending unparalleled service to today’s discerning guests. In her new role, Grace will oversee the full Front Office and Housekeep Operations and Service Delivery, Brand Standards and initiative strategies and programs to enhance guest service and operations.
Grace holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Communication from Purdue University and Arizona State University, USA.
