自2023年5月15日起，蔡荣辉先生被任命为佛山东平保利洲际酒店的总经理，他将全面负责佛山东平保利洲际酒店的整体运营及战略管理工作。

      作为一名资深的酒店管理者，蔡荣辉先生拥有20多年酒店管理公司和业主公司的高级管理经验。他曾就职于香格里拉集团、希尔顿酒店集团和洲际酒店集团等旗下多个国际品牌酒店并担任酒店管理工作。2011年，蔡荣辉先生加入保利酒店管理有限公司。在10年的任职期内，他担任了不同的酒店管理职位，其中包括在重庆保利花园皇冠假日酒店担任3年的业主总经理兼保利酒店管理有限公司西南区区域总经理。

      蔡荣辉先生在市场营销和销售管理方面积累了深刻的见解，并具有扎实的领导能力以及丰富的酒店筹开与运营方面的经验。蔡荣辉先生的经历赋予了他能够更全面地理解洲际酒店集团与业主的共同利益，从而实现双赢。

Mr. Mason Cai has been appointed as General Manager of InterContinental Foshan Dongping, effective on 15th May, 2023. Where he will be fully responsible for the hotel operation and management.

As an hotelier, Mr. Mason Cai has more than 20 years of experience in senior managerial roles in hotel management companies and owning companies.Such as Shangri-La Group, Hilton Group and InterContinental Hotels Group. In 2011, Mr. Mason Cai joined Poly Hotel Management, during his 10 years tenure with Poly Hotel Management he took different managerial roles including South & Western Area General Manager of Poly Hotel Management and Owner General Manager of Crowne Plaza Chongqing for 3 years.

Along this path Mr. Mason Cai has accumulated deep insights in sales & marketing, solid leadership and rich experience in hotel pre-opening and operations. Mr. Mason Cai’s experience equips him with more holistic perspectives in understanding the mutual interests of both InterContinental Hotels Group and owner, which in turn creates win-win.
