近日，万豪国际集团正式任命何鹰先生（James He）担任福州中庚喜来登酒店总经理一职, 全面负责酒店运营及战略发展工作。何鹰先生拥有超过23年的酒店工作经验，曾在多个国际连锁酒店品牌旗下的酒店担任重要的职位，其中包括艾美、威斯汀、JW万豪、万丽等，在整体运营方面拥有卓越的领导力和丰富的酒店管理经验。
履新之前，他曾任重庆富力艾美酒店的运营总监一职。拥有丰富餐饮管理实践经验的他，对餐饮、宴会及营销有独到的见解，曾负责并带领重庆区域的酒店餐饮团队, 屡创不凡的业绩，其战略思维也在行业中得到一致的认可。何鹰先生是一位对工作充满热情且积极专注的酒店领导者，我们相信凭借其果断的决策力、出色的团队领导力以及敏锐的洞察力，并通过与团队的紧密合作，将进一步提升酒店经营利润、服务质量及宾客满意度。

Recently, Marriott International announced the appointment of James He as General Manager of Sheraton Fuzhou Hotel, fully responsible for the overall operation, management and strategic development of the hotel. He is a veteran with more than 23 years of hospitality experience. Throughout his career he had worked with different international brand hotels including Le Meridien, Westin, JW, Renaissance etc., which provided him with extensive experience in hotel operations and excellent leadership skills.
Prior to this appointment, James was the Director of Operations at Le Meridien Chongqing Nan’an. Particularly excelling in F&B management, he remains a passionate, creative and innovative leader who has lead the F&B teams in Chongqing area to success, continuing his contribution in building hotel reputation and winning recognition in the food and beverage field. With intuitive decision-making, outstanding leadership, and a keen market insight, he will work with our hotel team to further improve the hotel's operating profit, service quality and guest satisfaction.
