Fay Sun has been appointed as General Manager of Shanghai Marriott Hotel Kangqiao. In her new role, Fay will be responsible for the hotel’s operational management and strategic development.

Fay has more than 18 years of experiencein the hospitality industry having worked for various international brands such as Four Seasons, AMAN, Marriott, and IHG. Her market insight and excellent management skills have led to remarkable achievements in Sales& Marketing, Food & Beverage and Operations. Fay joined in Shanghai Marriott Hotel Kangqiao in 2017 as Director of Sales & Marketing and promoted as Director of Operations in January 2021. During the past 2years,with her excellent leadershipskills and forward-looking management philosophy have enabled the team to achieve high profits.
