Recently, Grand Hyatt Beijing proudly appointed Mr. Li Dong as the Chinese Chef of Made in China, entrusting him with the full responsibility of overseeing the daily operations and management of the Chinese kitchen.
For over two decades, Made in China has stood as a culinary icon in the capital, offering an authentic taste of Beijing through its renowned dishes, including the signature Peking duck.
