When I was young and still a green hand, I was taught that the basic principle of hotel industry is hospitality and enthusiasm. As time goes by, customers' demands have changed. Especially in the business area, customers began to emphasize a lot on privacy, and this may have been misunderstood by our young staff that hospitality and enthusiasm are not needed any more.
