精选开胃菜:腌制阿根廷红虾搭配红菜头、瑞可达芝士和海胆;清新的金枪鱼沙拉加上爽口开胃的腌制香橙萝卜。意面款款诱人,每一道也都是必点的美味。意大利牛肝菌瑞可达芝士饺子加入黑松露,炒京葱和帕尔玛火腿汤汁,馅味浓郁,咬一口唇齿留香。纯手工千层面口感丰腴,夹有厚厚的奶酪,纯手工扁面相比之下则更有嚼劲,两者均配以和牛牛肉酱及帕玛森芝士,融合了和牛的鲜美肉汁,适合喜爱不同口味的你。烤鸭胸:以鸭胸作为主食材烤制,呈现出鸭肉的滑嫩再淋上意大利黑醋汁,加之鸭肝、水瓜柳和葡萄干泥及罗马生菜平衡口感。扒黑比目鱼,鱼嫩入味,口感浓厚,搭配脆炸橄榄牛肉及绿豌豆,清新的配色和春天堪称“天作之合”。香煎三文鱼的特色便是其丰富多彩的缤纷滋味和营养,在烤制的过程中加入多种香料调制,再佐以甜椒汁,不仅美味更是有益于身体健康。
