        The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel旗下五间餐厅及酒吧陆续开幕,为宾客呈献多元化的饮食新体验。

 

        Murray Lane位于明亮、宽敞的大堂,为这繁华都市再添一个悠闲欢乐时光好去处。酒吧位於中环金融区的中心,最适合餐前小聚或享受深夜宁静的气氛。餐单提供多款顶级烈酒、葡萄酒、特色啤酒及精緻小食。Murray Lane创作招牌鸡尾酒的灵感来自周围的环境;The Tape系列备受邻近的“华尔街”金融区启发,而The Cassia配则是命名自酒店外的古树。

 

        Garden Lounge位於酒店的花园楼层,室内外均环境优雅,适合悠閒地享用餐厅的特色下午茶,并搭配一系列精选香槟及葡萄酒。餐厅提供全天候餐单,更选用来自JING品牌的优质茗茶。宾客可享用各款中西式早餐、精美甜咸点,或全日供应的浓汤、沙律,及轻便小食。餐厅的设计以富现代感的灰调为主,再配以金色的点缀及落地玻璃;置身其中,坐拥优美的圣约翰座堂及饱览中环高楼大厦景致。

 

        同样位于酒店花园楼层的The Tai Pan提供备受喜爱的经典亚洲及国际料理,满足宾客多元化的口味。餐厅以低调带奢华的设计为主,黑白色调的大理石、酒红色皮夹座椅及金属几何风吊灯为餐厅营造摩登舒适的气氛。

 

        米其林一星粤式食府国福楼正式进驻The Murray, Hong Kong,将於2018年第二季开幕。餐厅由Andre Fu率领的国际著名室内设计事务所AFSO设计,让宾客在室内雅座或风景优美的露台,恣意品尝新式粤菜。

 

        作为现代都市生活风尚集中地的Popinjays同样将于2018年第二季开幕。餐厅位於酒店天台,坐拥环抱山顶及醉人城市的壮丽景观,气氛充满活力,并以最顶级的时令食材呈献高级欧陆式料理。欲让体验更上一层楼的宾客,可选择到玻璃亭The Aviary私人厢房举行奢华的私人宴会。酒吧更供应由调酒师精心炮製的创意鸡尾酒并搭配各式精致小食拼盘,还有来自世界各地的DJ为宾客带来精彩现场音乐表演。


The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, presents a variety of innovative cuisines and dining concepts with the launch of five new restaurants and bars.

 

At the hotel's lofty and light-filled lobby, the chilled-out vibe of Murray Lane is ideal for kicking back and reflecting on the day that was. A vibrant addition to Hong Kong's bar scene in the heart of Central's financial neighbourhood, Murray Lane showcases an exceptional range of premium artisanal spirits, wines and craft beers along with refined small plates of bar favourites. Guests are invited to sample The Murray Lane's collection of signature cocktails from The Tape and The Cassia lists. While the former draws inspiration from Murray Lane's “Wall Street” neighbourhood, the latter is named after the hotel's majestic Cassia Javanica, an Old and Valuable Tree (OVT).

 

Located at the hotel's Garden Level, Garden Lounge offers an elegant atmosphere to enjoy The Murray's Signature Afternoon Tea and the hotel's handpicked selection of champagnes and wines. A treat for the senses, the menu includes sweet and savoury light bites along with a curated offering of speciality teas by Jing. Guests can also enjoy a wholesome breakfast of Western and Asian favourites as well as a refreshing all-day menu featuring soups, salads and sandwiches. The lounge exudes a contemporary aesthetic of cool greys and gold accents with floor-to-ceiling glass windows over-looking the picturesque St John's Cathedral and the surrounding skyscrapers of the Central district.

 

The Tai Pan, also at the Garden Level, offers an extensive menu of international and pan-Asian classics and familiar favourites to entice the appetites of discerning diners. Conveying subtle luxury through its warm and welcoming design, the modern dining room is decorated with monochrome black and white marble which contrasts with the burgundy leather furniture and geometric chandeliers in metallic hues, creating a stylish yet relaxed dining experience.  

 

One-Michelin starred Chinese restaurant Guo Fu Lou, renowned for its modern Cantonese dishes, is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018. Designed by AFSO, Andre Fu's internationally acclaimed design studio, the restaurant will serve exquisite local fare with renewed style at the restaurant's dining room or alfresco on its beautifully landscaped terrace.

 

A unique lifestyle destination for the city's fashionable crowd, Popinjays, also opening in the second quarter of 2018, occupies the rooftop and will delight guests with panoramic city views and an energetic atmosphere. A contemporary upscale restaurant showcasing European gastronomy, the menu will celebrate the best of seasonal ingredients. Guests seeking a more exclusive experience may opt to dine at The Aviary, a beautiful glass pavilion for the ultimate private dinner party. At the bar, guests can enjoy an international tapas menu alongside creative cocktails conceived by expert mixologists against a backdrop of live music featuring a line-up of local and international DJs.
