Situated adjacent to the Venezia Wing, the Aqua Wing is located at an exceptional location overlooking the celebrated Porto Montenegro Yacht Club; The Yacht Club was awarded the Super Yacht Marina of the Year 2015 by TYHA and The Best Pools in the World by Condé Nast Traveller UK.

The Aqua Wing features 62 luxury suites and rooms. The one, two and three bedroom units range from 29 square meters to 282 square meters. Each unit is equipped with full-sized kitchens, spacious separate living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, flat-screen TVs, Bose sound system, well-appointed furniture in rich dark tones that is beautifully juxtaposed with beige interiors.  Most units boast outdoor balconies or terraces. The daily nightly rates start from 383 EUR++.  The units are also available for full ownership purchase.

The award-winning WATG Architects of London and MHZ interiors of Paris joined design forces to create the Aqua Wing. The interiors evoke a sense of Italian Riviera flair and the new Wing offers unobstructed sea and mountain views. The large internal atriums and fully glazed external walls allow ample sunlight to flood into each room. A symphony of elegance and repose, the building is in earthy shades of beige, straw and grass which pairs harmoniously with sumptuous furniture in rich dark tones.

滨水楼内共有62间顶级奢华且极具设计感的客房、套房和顶楼套房，室内空间自29平方公尺起至282平方公尺，分别配有一到三间的卧室以及户外景观露台。房间内均附有设备齐全的厨房、宽敞的独立式客厅、餐厅、卧室、液晶电视以及顶级的Bose音响。除了可以每晚383欧元起的价格入住外，滨水楼的客房也开放有兴趣的客户购买，作为投资理财的工具出租或自住度假使用。

全新落成的滨水楼是由来自英国、知名的建筑师事务所WATG以及法国巴黎的室内设计公司MHZ共同连手打造。入住的旅客可由其细腻精致的室内装潢，感受到浓厚的地中海风情，透过宽敞的中庭以及玻璃幕墙的设计，阳光得以衬着壮阔的山岚和动人海景充分地洒进每间客房内。低调奢华的深色家具，搭配上色调和谐的朴实米黄色、稻草和青草色，整体风格优雅且宁静。
